51.000 series

The Kuhnke 51 series pneumatic timer is the most proven design of all our timers. It is also branded for other manufacturers. This product is designed for surface mounting, normally within control panels.

It is a short interval product with 3 time ranges, up to 180 secs delay. There are NO (normally open) and NC (normally closed) versions.

Based on a reservoir and diaphragm there are few moving parts, making this precise product very rugged. It is ideal for applications where the pre-set time cannot be adjusted by unauthorised operators. the time elapsed/to reset is not visable.

First set the required time delay. An air supply to control port 12 will start the delay period after which the main valve will operate.The valve remains in the condition until control air is removed or pulsed to reset.

Note that port 1 and port 12 (control) must be connected to the same air supply, minumum 1.5 bar.
